*Once we process your deposit we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your booking. At this time we will provide you with a customer login where you can provide additional details about your wedding and what you require on the day (for example, where you would like us to set up the camera; your e-guest email addresses so we can manage guest invitations on your behalf etc).
All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline bookings where network availability or courier limitations may result in a failed service to you. If this is the case, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Deposits are refundable if requested no less than 60 days before the date of your wedding (ie, the booking date). Thereafter, partial refunds are available – please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
